Before you come

Questions

Can I train boxing in Mexico City if I'm only visiting for a few days?

Yes. You can drop in for a single session and train alongside local boxers. Message us on Facebook with the day you want to come and your experience level.

Do I need boxing experience?

No. Beginners are welcome. Your coach adapts the session to your level, from basic stance and footwork to advanced combinations.

Are classes in English?

Yes. Our coach and other staff members speak English, so you can ask questions, get corrections and plan your visit in English. You will also hear the Spanish boxing terms used in every Mexican gym.

Can I spar?

Sparring is only with your coach's approval, after they have seen you train. Safety comes first.

What should I bring?

Workout clothes, training shoes, hand wraps, water and a towel. If you have your own gloves, bring them; if not, ask us when you book.

How much does it cost and how do I book?
